Aanmai Thavarel's audio launch party

The first copy of the audio CD was presented by film producer Udhayanidhi Stalin to actor Arya on the occasion.
The film, which has music by Maria Manohar, has been directed by debutant Kuzhandai Velappan and produced by Kamal Nayan.
Director Cheran, who spoke on the occasion, said, “Kamal Nayan is among those people for whom I have great respect. Kamal is basically a financier who has turned producer with this film. At the time of release of Autograph, I owed Kamal Nayan sir a sum of Rs 1.75 crore. I was not in a position to pay the money to him then.
Without taking so much as a signature, he simply said, ‘Release the film, let’s see.’ I will always remain grateful to him for his help then. Now, he has turned producer with this movie and I pray that this movie does well.”
